Shipping

Order Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1–3 business days following successful payment. Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.

Shipping & Carriers: Once an order has been processed, items are shipped from our warehouse in China. We primarily utilize international logistics providers for delivery.

Estimated Delivery Time: Delivery typically takes 7–12 business days.

Shipping Fees: We offer free shipping.

Address Changes: If you need to modify your shipping address, please contact our customer service team immediately while your order status still shows as "Unshipped." Once an order has been shipped, the shipping address cannot be changed.

Shipping Destinations: We currently ship to the United States and Canada. Regions to which we do not currently ship will be indicated during the checkout process.
