Returns

**Return Policy (30-Day Hassle-Free Returns):** Within 30 days from the date of delivery, we accept return requests in cases involving product quality defects, errors shipment (receiving the wrong item), or severe damage sustained during transit.

**Returns for Non-Quality Issues:** If you wish to return an item for personal reasons—such as "I don't like it" or "I ordered the wrong item"—please ensure that the product remains unused, the original packaging and accessories are intact, and the item is in a condition suitable for resale. For returns unrelated to product quality, the return shipping costs must be borne by the buyer.

**Return Request Process:**

1. Please begin by contacting our Customer Support team at support@javapresse.us. You will need to provide your order number along with clear photos or videos illustrating the issue.

2. Once your request has been reviewed and approved by our Customer Support team, we will provide you with the return shipping address: Room 402 (2nd unit from the west side), Building 17, West Zone, Daoming Security Industry Park, No. 339 Huajin Road, Huajie Town, Shuikang City, Jinhua, Zhejiang Province.

3. After shipping the item back to us, please provide a valid shipping tracking number.

**Refund Processing:**

1. Once our warehouse receives the returned item and verifies its condition, we will initiate the refund process within 7–10 business days.

2. Refunds will be issued back to the original payment method used for the purchase. The original shipping costs incurred for the order, as well as the return shipping costs, are non-refundable (with the exception of returns due to product quality defects).

**Exchanges:** We only support product exchanges in cases involving quality defects or shipment errors (receiving the wrong item). If you require an exchange, please specify this when submitting your return request. We will cover the shipping costs associated with sending out the replacement item.

**Cases Not Eligible for Return:** We cannot accept returns for items that have been used, show signs of man-made damage, exceed the 30-day return window, or lack valid proof of purchase.
